Clinical Director BCBA
- Lexington, Kentucky Do you love helping children learn and succeed? Already Autism Health is looking to add a full-time Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our growing team of ABA providers in a clinic setting. As a Center Director at Already Autism Health, you will provide leadership, clinical oversight, conduct behavioral assessments, and supervise a team of BCBAs, RBTs, BCaBAs, clinic supervisors, and practicum students. You will also collaborate with caregivers and stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA therapy in the clinic setting. Location: In-person in Lexington, Kentucky Schedule: Full-time, billable requirement decreases based on clinic size and growth.
Compensation
$90,000- $95,000 salary and monthly bonus opportunities!!

Conduct ABA assessments, maintain a small active caseload, and meet monthly productivity standards Conduct annual performance reviews and ensure clinical protocols are followed Ensure ethical and effective practices in crisis response Other duties and responsibilities from time to time Qualifications for Center Director BCBAs: Master’s degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current Kentucky BCBA LBA license Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Completion of the 8-hour BACB supervisor training Bilingual applicants strongly encouraged to apply Strong clinical judgement and crisis management skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Ability to work independently while following established guidelines We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
