Document Analyst

Responsibilities

Ensure complete, accurate, and usable documentation required for a fully functional in-house service. Collect all existing vendor documentation (runbooks, diagrams, inventories). Validate completeness and accuracy of documents against real systems. Create standardized templates (SOPs, work instructions, support guides).

Document new processes, workflows, and technical configurations. Maintain version control and a central repository (SharePoint, Confluence, CMDB). Ensure documentation supports knowledge transfer and training. Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to fill them.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Communications or related field Preferred/Advantageous Course in data analysis, documentation standards or technical writing Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Analyst Can work Full onsite (Cubao)
