Job description
Birchwood Healthcare Center, a Lifespark Skilled Nursing Community, is looking for dedicated and passionate Business Office Manager to join our growing team.
Responsible for managing accounts receivable, month end processes, and general administration for facility. Experienced in accounts receivable, insurance/third-party billing, Medicaid/Medicare, and A/P. Proficient in PointClickCare, MN–ITS, Availity, Waystar, DSSI . Strong communicator with expertise in Medical Assistance eligibility, spend-downs, LTC rules, and payer source transitions.
Shifts Available: Full-Time Monday-Friday (8a-4:30p) Wage: $25-$29 wage is based on experience
