Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market presence in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Agri Input, Agrochemical, Chemical, Seeds, Fertilizer, or Crop Protection industry with excellent distributor and team management skills.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture) preferred; MBA (Sales/Marketing/Agri Business) is an added advantage. 5–10+ years of experience in the Agri Input / Agrochemical / Fertilizer / Seeds / Chemical industry. Strong network with distributors and dealers in the assigned territory. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
