In this role, you will be responsible for executing the campus recruitment strategies from attraction to onboarding. You will also be given the opportunity to participate in both regional and global projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full suite of recruitment cycle for internships from internship campaigns, enrolment with tertiary institutes, interviews scheduling & selections to onboarding. Engage and work with various tertiary institutes, hiring teams and channel partners in various campus programs to source the right talents for joint industry projects.

Support the Recruiting team in the administration of all Employer Branding and Engagement activities for the Singapore entities including digital campaigns and campus events. Participate in any other assigned People team projects. Key Requirement: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Management or any other relevant fields.

Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and writing skills. A proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines. Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude.
