You will support the finance lead, ensure a robust control and compliance environment, and assist the hotel (s) in maximizing profit. As a Credit Manager , you’re not just a trusted advisor to finance team members and other hotel business partners – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: Operational Support: Assist the Finance Leader in tasks that ensure smooth and efficient department operations. Credit & Collections: Manage credit facilities, billing, and collections in full compliance with policies and regulations. Team Collaboration: Partner with hotel finance and management teams, fostering strong relationships across departments and stakeholders.
Customer Service Excellence: Support the development of high-performing finance teams and participate in relevant training programs. In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 3–5 years in credit control, cost management, or hotel operations, with leadership exposure Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and hotel management software (e.
g., OnQ, Check SCM, SUN, OPERA/OnQ PMS, MICROS, HRLINK) Strong skills in cost analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting Familiar with regulatory standards, internal controls, and audit procedures Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and deadline-driven Fluent in English; strong cross-department collaboration
