THE REAL DEAL Forget coffee runs and “learning by watching.” This is a hands-on leadership role inside one of the most important departments in the hotel. You’ll be in the engine room of operations: Rooms Division, with a heavy focus on Housekeeping. This is where standards are won or lost. WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Run daily operations – room flow, inspections, priorities
• Handle pressure – VIP arrivals, last-minute chaos, tight deadlines
• Own quality – no shortcuts, no excuses
• Lead people – brief teams, manage performance, motivate under pressure
• Understand the business – productivity, costs, stock, suppliers
• Fix problems fast – guest complaints → solutions, not stories
