Case Manager

• ROME, GA, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job description Southeast Detox is a 24 bed inpatient Detox and Residential drug and alcohol treatment center located in Rome, GA. We are seeking compassionate and hard working individuals who want to join a family-like team that share a passion for helping individuals recover from addiction. The Case Manager is responsible to affect a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for the patients participating in the program.

Responsibilities

1. Monitors each patient throughout the daily schedule.
2. Enforces program rules and expectations and reports infractions to Therapist and Clinical Director.
3. Monitors patient conformance with program schedule, reports problems and informs supervisor.
4. Makes daily assignment checks and discusses results with each patient.
5. Monitors patient participation and reports problems to supervisor.
6. Resolves conflicts through general and supportive advice.
7. Participates in patient recreation, leisure, and weekend activities as scheduled.
8. Provides case management services.
9. Transports patients to scheduled activities or arranges transportation.
10. Reports any vehicle problems to supervisor.
11. Prepares educational and motivational lectures and groups.
12. Monitors AA/NA meetings on premises including recruitment of speakers.
13. Maintains the confidentiality of all patient and facility activities.
14. Complies with Policies and Procedures.
15. Accepts and utilizes supervision
16. Addresses problems noted by supervisor
17. Performs other assignments as requested by supervisor
18. Demonstrates willingness to accept responsibility
19. Completes all tasks with concern for work quality Qualifications: Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Behavioral health: 1 year (Required)
