Sales & Marketing - Home Health Care (non medical)

Keep. MeHome is a home health care company based in Berlin, CT which provides both non medical as well as licensed/medical home care. This job is designed for the non medical side of the company. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Markting & Sales professional to drive business growth and develop strong referral partnerships throughout Connecticut.

This position requires knowledge of the non medical home care industry and the ability to demonstrate results through measurable increase in clients/cases.

Position Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for expanding Keep. MeHome’s referral network and generating new client opportunities. This role will develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, physician practices, hospice and home health agencies, senior-service organizations, and other community partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare and senior-care referral sources. Identify new business opportunities that lead to Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with referral partners and prospective partners. Conduct client intakes, including needs assessments and documentation collection Serve as the first point of contact for clients and families, delivering a welcoming experience Coordinate with care teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients Represent Keep.

MeHome at networking events, conferences, community programs, and presentations.

Qualifications

Previous sales, marketing, or business-development experience in non medical home care industry Proven ability to develop professional relationships and generate new business. Strong communication, networking, presentation, and follow-up skills. Comfortable working independently and spending significant time in the field.
