Occupational Therapist

Sunday 8hrs, Monday 6hrs, Tuesday 9hrs, Wednesday 9hrs. Includes rotating holidays DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTIONS Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides treatments for patients with a wide variety of disabilities to help them achieve a maximum level of functional independence. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.) Experience: Two years of experience preferred. Entry-level acceptable.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a Bachelor#s or Master#s degree. Ability to comprehend and write the English language. License, Certification # Registration: MAOT

• MA OT License CPR required Other Requirements: Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prostheses that will enable these senses to function adequately so the requirements of the position can be fully met.
