Part Time Maintenance Worker/ Handyman

Celebrate the Children , a NJ State Approved Private School for the Disabled located in Denville, NJ is looking for a part time, experienced maintenance worker to specifically support upkeep of the outside grounds. Maintenance includes keeping grounds safe, tidy and kept. The grounds are expansive.

Responsibilities

Painting Power Washing Planting Tending to different outdoor educational areas Safety inspections of different structures Wood staining Reporting any areas that need support to Facility Manager Landscaping/ Mulch Experience with wetlands a plus Daily outdoor inspection Outdoor Carpentry Prioritizing safety for students navigating the grounds Etc/ any other outdoor maintenance needed Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
