Physician Liaison - Brooklyn / NYC (Greater Metro)

As a Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison, you will play a crucial role in our mission to help enable people to live their lives to the fullest. You will drive referral growth across the Brooklyn / NYC market by building strong relationships with local providers and executing targeted outreach initiatives.

Job Description: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Ivy Health, you'll be instrumental in promoting our clinics' services to healthcare providers and practices within a designated region. Collaborating closely with Operations and Marketing , you'll develop and execute strategic plans to increase new patient referrals and drive growth.

This position requires regular travel throughout the assigned region.

Your responsibilities

Communicat ing the company’s value and services clearly to healthcare providers and community partners. Build ing and maintain ing strong relationships with healthcare providers in your assigned zip code territories. Document ing a minimum of 50 unique in-person interactions with referral sources weekly in Salesforce, including healthcare provider interactions and community events.

A nalyzing referral trends (short and long term) to guide outreach efforts and boost referrals. Shar ing a weekly snapshot report outlining tactics, key trends, provider feedback, and upcoming events with Sales and Operations leadership. Meet ing regularly with Operation s leaders to align goals and share insights. Support ing clinic growth by expanding referral networks and increasing brand visibility.

Work ing closely with clinical staff to support clinic goals and ensure effective collaboration with local referral sources . Build ing partnerships with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations to support growth goals Assist ing in launching and promoting new clinic locations in the region. Achiev ing quarterly sales goals and submitt ing reports on time.

To excel in this role, you should possess : Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff Comfortable with medical terminology and clinical settings Skilled in networking, public speaking , and relationship building Results-driven, creative, and able to work independently or on a team Willing to attend evening or weekend events as needed Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems Track record of meeting goals and growing in fast-paced roles Why choose Ivy Health ?

Compensation

$70,000 - $85,000 per year. This position is also eligible for a bonus.
