Contract Review Specialist

The Contract Review Specialist functions as part of a team under the supervision of the BII Chief Legal Officer. The primary duties of the position is to review various contract documents, including project sales orders and standard terms and conditions and recommend changes protecting company interests. As a part of this function, the person provides contract and documentation support of operations (including non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, lien waiver, delivery of insurance certificates, etc.)

This role will focus on maintaining high efficiency of business operations for a company with a substantial global presence.
