Advisory Consultant – Digital Transformation, Data & AI

Talin is looking for an Advisory Consultant to support our growing advisory practice across Digital Transformation, Data, AI, and Technology Strategy. The role is designed for someone who combines strong business thinking with solid technology knowledge, stays current on emerging technology trends, and enjoys solving complex business problems.

You will work with senior consultants and client executives to assess current environments, identify opportunities, develop strategies and roadmaps, and translate business priorities into actionable transformation initiatives. Our advisory work is closely connected to implementation, giving you the opportunity to see how strategies translate into real business outcomes Key Responsibilities Support digital transformation, data, AI, and technology strategy engagements.

Conduct current-state assessments covering business processes, technology, data, organization, and capabilities. Research industries, markets, technologies, competitors, and emerging trends. Stay up to date with developments in AI, GenAI, agentic AI, cloud, data platforms, analytics, automation, cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.

Assess how new technologies can create business value, improve efficiency, enable new capabilities, or support new business models. Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, data analysis, and document reviews. Help identify business pain points, transformation opportunities, and potential use cases.

Support the development and prioritization of digital, data, analytics, and AI use cases. Develop business cases, including benefits, costs, KPIs, ROI, TCO, risks, and implementation considerations. Support the development of transformation strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for simplification, digitization, automation, and AI. Translate business requirements into clear functional and technology requirements. Prepare high-quality client presentations, reports, proposals, and executive-level recommendations. Support workshops and presentations with client stakeholders and senior management.

Work with Talin's Data, AI, and Technology teams to ensure recommendations are practical and implementable. Contribute to proposals, methodologies, reusable frameworks, and Talin intellectual property.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from AUC, GUC, or another strong university in a relevant discipline. Graduates of Management of Information and Communication Technology (MICT) or equivalent business-and-technology programs are particularly encouraged to apply. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, digital transformation, business analysis, technology, data, analytics, or a related field.

Strong understanding of technology fundamentals and how technology supports business transformation. Good understanding of current trends across AI, data, cloud, automation, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Ability to understand both business and technology and connect the two.

Strong research and information-synthesis skills. Very good Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential. Candidates should be able to communicate professionally with senior clients, prepare high-quality reports and presentations, and conduct discussions and workshops in English.

Strong Arabic communication skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within project teams.

Preferred Qualifications

French language skills are a strong plus. Exposure to one or more of the following: Digital transformation strategy and roadmaps Business and operating model transformation Business process analysis and redesign Data strategy and data governance Analytics and business intelligence Artificial intelligence, GenAI, and Agentic AI Cloud platforms and modern data platforms Technology strategy and enterprise architecture Automation and digital platforms Cybersecurity and responsible AI Business cases, TCO, ROI, and KPI development Change management and organizational transformation Previous experience with a consulting firm, technology company, digital transformation team, or strategy function is a plus.
