Job Summary

DSI is growing—again! We are currently hiring Security Officers in Downtown Houston. Security Supervisor - provides leadership and direction to security officers while ensuring daily operations meet company standards, client expectations, and post requirements, you will help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, their employees, and the public.

This role requires professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service. Essential Job Responsibilities Supervise security officers and daily site operations Ensure compliance with post orders, client expectations, and DSI policies Conduct inspections, provide officer coaching, and address performance concerns Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and visitors Complete reports and escalate incidents as required Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity Interact professionally with clients, tenants, visitors, employees, and the public Complete required reports and documentation accurately and on time Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 2 years supervisory experience High school diploma or equivalent State Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License Reliable transportation and means of communication Intermediate computer skills Familiarity with security camera systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Must wear a business suit while on duty Ability to professionally interact with tenants, visitors, and transient individuals Strong attention to detail Ability to conduct routine foot patrols Ability to work in various weather conditions Must meet all pre-employment requirements Required Screenings Criminal background check Drug screen Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Available Shifts First shift $19.
