Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist reports to the Credit/Collections Manager and is responsible for providing financial, administrative, and clerical services. This includes making collection calls, processing payments (scanned checks, lockbox, credit cards, ACH/Check by phone, and wires). The overall scope of the position is to provide excellent service to our customers while managing DSO, collecting funds, and performing other accounts receivable task to ensure timely, efficient and accurate due diligence of assigned accounts.
