Revenue Assistant

Description Haymarket Center is seeking a Revenue Assistant to work in their busy West Loop facility. Key components of this position will be the preparation and submission of invoices, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and the monitoring of financial performance. RA will also support financial operations of the facility to include: * Process a high number of invoices each month; * Process payments and updating tracking systems; * Liaison with internal departments, clients and external vendors; * Manage accounting and accounts receivables; * Assist with monthly reporting.

Requirements

Requirements include; Bachelor's degree preferred; Preferred experience of at least two years in the areas of billing, collections and/or accounting. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and efficiently in stressful environment.
