Your Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine and adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and create a welcoming inclusive environment. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage inventory and restock supplies. Stepping out from behind the bar to attend to the customers who are shopping around the store. Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy shifts. Uphold all liquor laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring responsible alcohol service.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements: High school diploma or GED Associate’s degree or higher in hotel and restaurant management a plus Must be 21+ and hold a valid TABC license or the ability to obtain one At least 1 year of bartending experience Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trend Supervisory experience Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly approachable demeanor Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures Must have a flexible schedule.

Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs. for restocking and receiving shipments.
