You'll set the standard for what a high-quality, fast, scalable deployment looks like. This is a role for a leader who operates at the intersection of strategy and execution. You're just as comfortable in the technical weeds as you are in an executive briefing. You'll partner at the leadership level with Product, AI, and Customer Success to turn field learnings into better products, sharper implementation playbooks, and new avenues for growth. You'll own how Regal delivers value to customers and how we scale that impact company-wide. If you're a commercially-minded builder who's led teams through a fast-moving territory and wants to operate at the forefront of AI, this is a chance to define how the next generation of AI-powered customer experiences gets built and deployed.
