The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Travel to various job sites to supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols.

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, and change orders. Collaborate with project teams to optimize construction processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably with traveling assignments. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
