Customer Service / Dispatcher

The primary responsibility of the Dispatcher/ Inside Sales is delivering an exceptional customer service experience when communicating with our customers and applying extreme attention to accuracy when entering orders. Customer Service Representatives will face a variety of customer requests; primarily taking orders for delivery, requests for pricing, and advice on our product line.

Position is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by taking customer orders accurately and courteously to allow the dispatcher and scheduler to arrange for on-time delivery.
