Local Sales Manager / Account Executive

This position blends local sales management with account management of your own list of clients. Experience as a top performing local radio account executive is required. Experience in management and specifically radio broadcast sales management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

recruit, train and mentor our sales team to exceed revenue targets and performance goals

Client relations: Build and maintain great relationships with local businesses and advertising agencies to reach measurable goals

Collaboration: Partner with all of our department team members to ensure seemless performance for our clients

Grow Revenue: Drive revenue utilizing our broadcast and special events sponsorships

Compensation

commission $60,000 to $75,000 annually based on experience and perfomance
