Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of TDS as per applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act. Manage TDS entries, validations, and reconciliations within SAP. Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and generate Form 16/16A. Monitor vendor payments and ensure correct TDS deduction based on PAN and applicable rates.

Handle TDS-related queries from internal teams and vendors. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for TDS audits and assessments. Stay updated with changes in TDS regulations and ensure timely implementation. Generate and analyse SAP reports for TDS compliance and MIS reporting. Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives related to TDS in SAP.

• Qualified chartered accountants with experience in Direct Tax
• Income Tax & DTAAs, International Tax
• Working knowledge of FEMA & Corporate Law
• Willingness of handling tax office matters
• Work experience of minimum 3-5 years post qualification.
