• Owner's Representation About the Role: The Senior Project Manager will lead complex project teams from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering value on time and within budget. This role requires strategic planning, resource coordination, and risk management to drive project success across multiple teams and stakeholders. The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, facilitating collaboration and resolving issues proactively. They will also be responsible for mentoring junior project managers and contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies. Ultimately, this position is critical in delivering high-quality outcomes that support business growth and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 15+ years of experience managing teams and complex projects in a professional environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant discipline. Familiarity with project management software tools such as Microsoft Project. Experience managing distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership regularly.

Lead project meetings, facilitate decision-making, and ensure alignment among all parties involved. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Mentor, train and guide junior project managers and team members to enhance project delivery capabilities. Contribute to the development and refinement of project management processes and best practices.

Business Development. Skills: The Senior Project Manager utilizes strong organizational and leadership skills daily to coordinate diverse teams and manage multiple project components simultaneously. Effective communication skills are essential for articulating project goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical skills enable the identification and mitigation of risks, ensuring projects stay on track. Proficiency with project management tools supports efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting. Additionally, negotiation and conflict resolution skills are frequently applied to address issues and maintain team cohesion throughout the project lifecycle.
