Pizza/Fry Cook

Union Pizza & Smash – Pizza / Fry Cook Union Pizza & Smash is hiring Pizza / Fry Cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a hands-on position working primarily at our pizza and fryer stations in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Stretch dough, sauce, top, and build pizzas according to recipes Cook and finish pizzas while maintaining quality and consistency Operate the fryer and prepare fried appetizers, chicken, fries, and other menu items Prepare garlic knots and assist with other kitchen items as needed Keep pizza and fryer stations stocked, clean, and organized Follow recipes, portioning, and food prep standards Complete daily prep and restocking Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Communicate and work together with the kitchen and FOH teams during busy service Assist with cleaning and closing duties What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual Able to work quickly while maintaining quality Strong communication and teamwork Able to stay organized during busy shifts Pizza, fryer, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required Willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and p
