OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

• LEASING Eurostar Rent A Car | UAE Work Location: Industry: Car Rental / Vehicle Leasing Eurostar Rent A Car is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator
• Leasing to support our vehicle leasing operations, coordinate with corporate clients, and ensure smooth fleet allocation and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily vehicle leasing operations, including vehicle allocation, delivery and collection. Prepare and maintain leasing contracts, quotations, customer records and related documentation. Coordinate with corporate clients regarding vehicle requirements, lease renewals, extensions and replacements. Liaise with the operations, workshop, fleet and sales teams to ensure timely vehicle availability and delivery.

Monitor lease contract expiry dates, vehicle utilisation, mileage limits and renewal schedules. Follow up on vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance and other documentation requirements. Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare periodic operational reports. Assist in resolving customer queries and operational issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and agreed service standards.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in leasing coordination, fleet operations or the car rental industry. Good understanding of vehicle leasing processes and contract administration. Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively with different departments.
