Senior Mortgage Closer/Funder

Country. Place Mortgage, a leading nationwide personal property, mortgage and commercial lender headquartered in Plano, TX, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Closer/Funder to help grow our Closing Department. This in-person role is in our Plano, TX office. The Closer/Funder collaborates with essential internal departments as well as external title companies and attorneys.

You will facilitate the closing process by delivering complete and accurate closing packages. This also includes completing the funding process and approving critical funding documents. You will work closely with Post-closing and Construction departments as necessary to resolve any issues. You will assist in contributing to the continuous improvement of processes with a focus on our borrowers and retail partners.
