Executive, Student Recruitment and Advancement

Job Description : Engage with prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to understand their educational goals and aspirations. Provide detailed and accurate information about the institution's courses, programs, admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and other relevant details.

Assess students' interests, strengths, and preferences to suggest appropriate courses or programs that align with their academic and career objectives. Offer personalized guidance to students on the potential career paths, job prospects, and opportunities related to their chosen fields of study. Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, workshops, webinars, and orientation programs to promote KPJ Healthcare University (KPJU) and its offerings.

To plan and execute recruitment roadshows, in rural areas, throughout Malaysia. Collaborate with admission teams, faculty members, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students. Job Requirement : Qualification Diploma and above Desired experience/exposure 3 years in similar capacity or industry COMPETENCIES Special skills required Sales techniques and good communication skills Personal attributes Pleasant personality and character Good communication skills Able to build rapport with parents and students, especially in rural areas
