Hubbard County offers great starting pay ($106,882.51/year - $139,457.43/year with a 3% increase on 1/1/2027) and benefits to include Paid Time Off, 12 paid Holidays, retirement (employer contribution is 7.5% of salary vested after 3 years), Federal Public Sector Student Loan Forgiveness Program and medical; optional benefits to choose from include dental, vision and more.
