Standard Job Description You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, developing specifications, and overseeing procurement activities.

Your responsibilities

Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for moderate‑to‑high‑risk subcontracts. Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms & conditions. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals. Negotiate subcontract provisions, award contracts, and administer changes.

  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to obtain a security Clearance Detail and team oriented with demonstrated organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills Clear and effective communicator (verbal, written, oral) Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft office suite tools Strong desire to learn, grow and deliver results Desired Skills Experience with US Gov acquisitions and working knowledge of DFAR/FAR Negotiation experience Demonstrated ability to manage subcontracts Experience leading projects, initiatives or small integrated teams Green Belt Certified Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
