Tru by Hilton Laredo North is looking for a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, creating a positive guest experience, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Do Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently. Answer phones, assist with reservations, and respond to guest questions. Handle guest requests, concerns, and service recovery professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Follow Hilton and hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Protect guest privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately. Assist with other hotel duties as needed. What We’re Looking For Friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
