Lead Software Engineer - .NET with Azure, React

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end full stack solutions using .NET, Azure and React Drive technical execution of user stories from estimation to implementation and deployment Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements Create solution documentation and other technical artifacts to support design and development Lead and mentor engineers across the software development lifecycle Embed AI-native practices into the software development lifecycle Deliver agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools Build and support backend systems, including SQL-based data solutions Apply Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions for cloud-based solutions Requirements Extensive experience of 9+ years in full stack engineering with .
