$220K Signing Bonus Package for Eligible Full-Time Veterinarians Ready to lead an established hospital while still practicing medicine? At Care. Vet of Southern Illinois , eligible full-time veterinarians can receive a $220,000 signing bonus package , along with competitive base salary, production compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Your Role
as Medical Director This is a hands-on clinical leadership position guiding a respected, multi-doctor hospital. You will: Lead and uphold medical standards of care Mentor and support three Associate DVMs Collaborate with the Practice Manager on workflow and hospital initiatives Guide case management and treatment approaches Foster a positive, accountable team culture Maintain an active clinical caseload You’ll have leadership influence while administrative operations are supported — allowing you to focus on medicine and mentorship.
