HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will support our plant under the direction of the Manager of HR (not located on site) and Plant Manager The HR Business Partner will provide professional support to Leaders, Managers, and individual plant contributors.  This position is 40% strategic/forward-thinking, 55% HR employee relations, investigations, recruiting and 5% misc.
