Safety Manager

Essential Functions

The Safety Manager serves as the site safety compliance manager, manages activity at the site that leads to safer work performance, conducts and tracks safety training and testing, is the point of contact for Workers’ Comp Insurance, and modifies safety programs for continued improvement.

The Safety Manager needs to demonstrate a solid work ethic through diligent effort, availability, involvement, good decision-making, and manage a safety culture that complies with OSHA requirements.

The Safety Manager serves as a valuable employee resource, serves on committees as needed, and completes other duties as requested by the Plant and/or HR Manager.
