Position Summary

As the CSR Supervisor you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers. As a CSR you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude. This is a high-volume operation with specific needs related to the business demands. Schedule Parkwell is looking for a full-time associate.

The schedule will be determined on a weekly basis and shifts will vary in length. The hours for this position will vary based on the operating hours of the location. The ideal candidate is open to a flexible schedule and has availability on nights and weekends. Position Requirements Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time Valid Driver’s License Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check At least 18 years of age Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities: Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting.

Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance. Assist customers with payment at kiosks as necessary. Direct customers entering the parking facility. Assist customers with processing online booked vouchers as necessary. Keep the work area clean and organized. Audit and enforce parking garage and surface lots Communicate with management based on needs or issues that may occur.

Report problems with parking equipment, customer or facility to supervisor or manager. Responsible for cleaning duties of the garage and surface lot as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer – learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc) Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.

Other Duties and Responsibilities: You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Qualifications

Valid driver license with 3 years satisfactory parking record Customer service experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation
