Lead Handyman

Description Pay: $35 – $45/hour DOE (Hourly) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift Work Location: On the road (Phoenix Metro Area) Overview Bleuwave Handyman is seeking an experienced Lead Handyman to handle residential and light-commercial maintenance, repairs, and remodeling projects. This is a leadership opportunity for multi-trade professionals who value quality, reliability, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs. Lead small teams and coordinate job schedules and materials. Communicate directly with clients and project managers. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and accurate documentation. Ensure all work meets Bleuwave’s best-in-class standards.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years in general maintenance or construction. Skilled in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, etc.). Supervisory or lead experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Strong communication and organizational skills.
