Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing areas
• Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen cleanup as needed
• Ensure all dishes are available and ready for service during operating hours
• Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
• Support the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the dining and kitchen areas Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
