• White Bear Lake Area High School Start Date: 11/16/2026 Days Contracted: 1.0 FTE, 12 months per year, 260 day calendar Student Level: 9-12 Grade Salary/Benefits : $102,766 annual salary. Please see attached Terms and Conditions of Employment for the Assistant Activities Director.

Position Summary

Performs difficult professional work assisting the Activities Director with planning, and coordinating 9-12 activities and events, managing program development, overseeing facility and equipment use and care, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Activities Director.

Education

and/or Experience Bachelor's degree and considerable experience coaching at the high school level preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred. Special Requirements: Licensed Administrator in the State of MN preferred at hire.
