• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) What You'll Do Most of your time will be spent keeping the outside of the property looking great and operating smoothly. This includes things like:
• Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and fuel areas clean and safe
• Emptying trash and keeping outdoor areas organized
• Maintaining the fuel pump and canopy areas
• Helping with snow and ice removal in winter
• Operating equipment such as power washers, floor scrubbers, and utility vehicles
• Supporting the team with deliveries, stocking, or projects when needed
• Helping keep maintenance tools and supply areas organized The Type of Person Who Does Well in This Role You might be a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable using tools or equipment (we’ll train you) Previous maintenance, janitorial, or grounds experience is helpful but not required. What the Job Is Like
• You’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the property
• Some work happens outside in different weather conditions
• You may lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
