Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my State Farm agency in November 2025 after spending six years in the insurance industry, including time working in my brother’s agency. Today, our growing team includes four full-time and one part-time team member. I earned my degree in Sports Management and bring that same team-focused, competitive spirit into the office.

I’m married, have one dog, and outside of work I enjoy baseball, jazz music, and a good board game night. Relationships and community are incredibly important to me. I’m active in our local Chamber of Commerce and church, where I lead a group of high school students. That heart for serving others carries into our agency - we believe insurance should be about more than simply saving money.

We take the time to educate customers so they understand what their coverage actually protects and can make confident decisions for themselves and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
