Senior SEO Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead SEO strategy and execution for a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company, working closely with Marketing, website, and engineering teams. You will grow organic visibility across DACH and international markets, including in traditional search and AI-generated search results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and execute SEO strategy across DACH and additional international markets.
• Partner with website and engineering teams on site architecture, page structure, crawlability, and technical SEO implementation.
• Research keywords and competitors to identify opportunities in traditional search and AI search tools.
• Write or commission SEO content, then evaluate its performance against target queries.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of €20,000 to €30,000 and collaborate with external agencies while retaining strategic ownership.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 5 years of full-time SEO specialist or manager experience, with measurable ranking improvements and organic traffic growth at scale.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end SEO strategy and execution across multiple markets and languages, including international SEO beyond your home market.
• Hands-on technical SEO experience, including site architecture and implementation work with engineering teams.
• Strong keyword research, competitive analysis, copywriting, and SEO content briefing or commissioning skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
• Experience with Webflow or similar website platforms, SEO budgets, and external agencies.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Base salary: €65,000 to €100,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
