Learn more about ANU, our history and the community that has shaped us: ANU at 80 About the opportunity The Australian National University is seeking a Senior Project Officer to support the delivery of the ANU Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy, a significant University-wide initiative focused on strengthening culture, accountability, and wellbeing.

The role will coordinate implementation activity across multiple areas and support the delivery of agreed outcomes through structured program management, stakeholder engagement, and governance support.

Key responsibilities

Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver a suite of high impact whole-of-university projects through the ANU Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy Develop data collection, reporting and engagement approaches that support successful implementation and evaluation Use sophisticated analytical and influencing skills to develop recommendations and advice for executive decision-makers What you will bring Confidence engaging with a wide range of people including subject matter that is complex and sensitive Sound program coordination capability, including the ability to drive and track progress while maintaining a clear understanding of overall strategy and objectives Adaptability and resilience in managing competing priorities within a dynamic environment A committed collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in supporting organisational change and improving wellbeing and ways of working For further information about this position, please contact Zoe Bowman, Program Manager, Nixon Projects and Mental Health & Wellbeing Strategy, Office of the Chief Operating Officer.
