HVAC/Technician

Title: Maintenance Worker: HVAC Qualifications:

1. Certification in Heating, Air and Refrigeration
2. Experience in repair of Heating, Air and Refrigeration
3. Such other qualification as the Board deem acceptable and appropriate Supervisor: Director � Maintenance Job Duties: Diagnose and correct problems associated with the District's HVAC/R system Estimate and schedule work completion including but not limited to work schedule Recognize, identify and offer solutions to potential safety/emergency issues Read and understand schematics, diagrams and graphic interpretations Perform basic routine preventative maintenance on HVAC/R equipment Clearly and professionally communicate to district faculty and staff Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area Safely and skillfully operate power tools, hand tools and tools of the trade in the proper manner they were designed Paint, light repair, general maintenance Performs any other tasks as required by the Supervisor. Term of Employment: Salary and work year established by the Board. Evaluation: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
