Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a talented Communication Executive who can undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be capable of organize creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company’s brand value. Ideally, the candidate must have passion for the “art” of communication, have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote content, campaigns and initiatives.

The goal is to reach out to employees and keep them informed and engaged. Engagement Dissemination and adoption of business and function microsite , gathering requirement, designing and deployment. Which includes Content development, content management, UI/UX and getting it deployed Curate, write and design informative content to drive awareness and engagement of the products and portal.

Coordinate with various stakeholders across marketing, COEs and business teams along with external agencies for creation, execution and delivery of assigned projects and campaigns Create employee journeys, information architecture, and wireframes by leveraging previous research that meet the business goals of engagement and communications while ensuring a positive user experience on the portal and on the microsites Drive a doption of the microsite Business & Function

• Activation/ Enhancements Constantly engage with stakeholders to align to their needs and requirements Designing project scope and objectives, coordinating with all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and delivery Drive initiatives and enhancements leading to improvement in engagement and usage of the portal Campaign Management Curate, design and manage campaigns e nd to e nd which includes copy/content creation, web page deployment , email dissemination, etc. End to end responsibilities to driven campaigns to achieve engagement targets Source and provide employees with exclusive offers curated for them by various businesses and partners Enhancements/integrations, wherever/whenever required Policies/Processes maintenance on portal Ensuring timely upload and tracking of policies and content on the protals Agency Management/Vendor Onboarding Source vendors for solutions that require external support in BAU execution and service delivery Onboarding of vendors after due diligence and quality check of services and delivery and testing the integration with intranet portal Requirements Proven experience as a communication executive or any other similar role. Good understanding of data research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods. Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and communication practices. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM). Familiarity with SharePoint and web analytics (e.g. Web. Trends). Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Creativity and commercial awareness. MBA in marketing, business administration or any other relevant disciplines.
