Description Completes pre-op paperwork Ordering supplies/stocking rooms New patient referrals (scheduling, obtaining missing records, contacting new patients with appointment date/time) Scheduling Prepping records/patients charts for clinic Cleaning of instruments Tumor Board (sending records, arranging for slides and radiology disks to be sent) Chaperoning during exams Lab ordering Requirements CMA certification preferred One year medical office experience Basic computer knowledge Knowledge of medical terminology Ability to effectively multi-task Ability to comply with HIPAA and OSHA policies
