General Maintenance Tech III

A project specialist who performs maintenance services and repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, and appliance servicing at the journeyman level. This position is knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in the field or in related areas. GMT-III is familiar with a variety of these fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Works in a team environment to do repairs and prepare guest villas.
