Events Associate (Part Time)

SUMMARY The Castle & Key Events Associate (part-time) is expected to exemplify everything the brand represents in terms of overall behavior, quality of execution, good taste, professional image, and discretion. The Castle & Key brand pays homage to history while creating a modern and high-quality product and experience for all Guests visiting the property.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Must be 21+ years of age Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and viewing a computer monitor may be required May be required to push, pull, and lift objects > 50 pounds Exposure to extreme weather and temperature conditions (heat, cold, wet), May be required to climb a ladder or crawl into confined spaces Regular off hours, NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED.

DETAIL OF RESPONSIBILITIES Events specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Adhere to all company standards and have strong communication skills, and the ability to speak to clients and guests professionally. Prompt, timely, and has a professional appearance. Assist in organizing and setting up facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, and moving and setting up event furniture.

ex: ceremony chairs, tables, and reception chairs. Ability to work with clients to identify their needs to ensure customer satisfaction and positive representation of the brand. Assist in overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, organizing vendors, and managing take-down/cleanup.

Other duties and projects as assigned by the Events Manager, Assistant Manager, or Event Coordinators.
