Handyman required for a temporary ongoing job for a growing maintenance company working with a large housing association in London. Working hours 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Pay up to £16.50 p/h- vehicle provided. The Handyman will be working mobile mainly around the East London area and some parts of West and SW London areas.
Temporary job which could lead to a permanent job role. JOB DUTIES The Handyman job will involve the following Carrying out general maintenance and repairs including basic electrical repairs, changing lights. Plumbing works, changing taps and washers. Carpentry works such as replacing locks and door handles. Painting and decorating.
General multi skilled handyman jobs. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally the candidate for the Handyman job will be multi skilled and preferably having similar job experience. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Someone with good presentation skills, customer service experience. Full UK driving licence required. Preferred applicants for the Handyman job will have their own tools.
