Skills when using tools of the trade will include multi-meters, test equipment, power saws, drills, sanders, routers and other workshop type equipment.

Trouble shoots electric and crank type patient beds, medical air and vacuum systems, along with fire and equipment alarms. Troubleshoots interior and exterior lighting in which could include replacement of ballast, bulbs and fixtures. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience Previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Required Registration/License/Certification Valid Kansas Driver's License with clear driving record
